I’m Oliver Rduch, a German national born in Berlin and raised in the UK, where I attended boarding school and later studied economics at the University of Exeter and the London School of Economics.
Over the past two decades, I’ve helped companies grow by building markets, commercial teams, and partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America.
My work has taken me from Japan to Russia, the Gulf, Western Europe, and now Panama—supporting businesses in construction, industry, and engineering, from family-run firms to international groups. Along the way, I’ve deepened my expertise through executive courses at London Business School and Oxford’s Saïd Business School.
What drives me is simple: I like figuring out how growth actually happens—on the ground, in new places, with the right structure, strategy, and people behind it.
For me, everything starts with relationships—whether with key-account clients, industry stakeholders, or internal teams. Trust, clarity, and consistent communication are what unlock lasting commercial results.
Whether stepping in as a consultant or taking on interim roles, I focus on aligning teams, sharpening go-to-market strategies, and creating commercial momentum that lasts. Clients often describe my approach as calm, clear, and grounded—especially in fast-changing or complex environments.
I work fluently in English and German, am business-proficient in Spanish, and have working basics in Russian—helpful when navigating diverse teams and markets.
